Winter Wonderland

The snow and ice that we experienced in January has received mixed reactions, but there's no denying the disruption it's caused.  Getting right to the heart of what might be worrying business owners our January survey focused on that topic, specifically, what do you do when staff don't or can't get to work because of weather conditions.
