Business focused HR Surveys

Spirit HR conducts surveys to gain a feel for how business owners across the midlands are feeling about business challenges that have HR implications.

Thanks to all of you who completed our November HR Survey about how positive (or not) you're feeling compared with 12 months ago. We're pleased to report that 67% of respondents are feeling more positive and 24% about the same. Some companies reported significant increases in orders in the last 6 months, but this is countered by the uncertainty caused by an impending general election for some organisations.

67% of respondents felt that their employment structure met the current and future needs of the business, and 57% said they feel they are achieving a sufficient return on investment from their staff. However, 38% admitted that ROI could be improved.

For guidance and practical help to achieve a better return on investment from your staff, give us a call on 0845 463 3231 or email us and we'll ring you.  There are two or three quick and easy things any business can do to improve their return.
