Thanks to all of you who completed our Summer HR Survey. The good news is that 64% of respondents have not had to think about redundancies this year. However, we were concerned about a lack of knowledge relating to employer's obligations to redundant employees. More than half of respondents were not aware that their obligations to a redundant employee extend for many months after the employee has left the company.
